You don't manage the Colombo team. We do. Your point of contact is a Swedish controller — typically Claudia or one of our partners — and they own the relationship, the deliverables, and the quality.
You can speak directly to the Colombo team whenever you want (and we encourage it for technical or operational questions), but you never have to.
Fortnox, Visma, Bokio, NetSuite, Xero, QuickBooks, SAP, custom ERPs — we adapt to what you run. If you're starting fresh or migrating, we'll recommend a setup based on size and growth plan.
Document workflows run through your existing tools (Pleo, Tickr, Lasernet, expense apps, e-invoicing). We don't force a switch.
GDPR-compliant by default. Data processing agreements signed before any work begins. EU-hosted data, encrypted transit and at rest. The Colombo office runs the same controls as the Stockholm office.
Our Swedish entity is the contracting party. You invoice and pay in SEK to a Swedish company. Org.nr 559508-6835.
